About Nurse Mundi

Mundi graduated from Mount Hood Community College with her RN in 2008. She received her BSN from University of Great Falls in 2016. She is also ANCC – gerontology and CCMC (Certified Case Manager) certified.

Though she started in the ED, she decided her passions lie in the outpatient setting. She worked in skilled nursing, promoting to RCM/MDS and covering DNS. She also spent about 18 months in a unique role focusing only on patient perspective as a health coach, advocate, case manager, and navigator throuth the American health and insurance system. Within her current organization, she has done clinic, community care, housing, case management, telephonic advice/triage, and quality improvement for a medically complex geriatric population. She has extensive knowledge in levels of care, coordination of care, caregiver education, goals of care, palliative care, dementia/behavioral health, wound care, and each of the common disease processes that impact the 55+ population. She demonstrates exceptional assessment skills, empathy, conscientousness, adaptability, and desire for continual improvement.

Mundi is married with two amazing grown sons. In her free time, she often spends time enjoying her faith, friends, and family, and exploring the Pacific NW with her husband and little pug buddy, Wicket.
